My clients relocated from NYC and bought this wonderful 3 bed/2 bath condo on Shawmut Avenue in the South End overlooking Peters Park. It was somewhat happenstance with how I met them: they contacted me wanting to see a 3-bedroom penthouse condo I was selling in the Back Bay that was under contract at the time they reached out. Long story short, we built a rapport over months working together, previewing properties on weekdays, and working collaboratively to ascertain exactly what they wanted. After several months of looking, I helped them buy this wonderful home in the South End, a neighborhood they were less familiar with but came to love after I introduced them to it.
